Zennery Handcrafted Himalayan Salt Lamp - Natural Pink Salt Lotus Night Light for Relaxation, Meditation & Home Decor

4 stars - I like it. It is not perfect as no two are alike. It had a ton of salt within the clear wrapping it as well as all over the lamp itself. It was packaged with the cord in bubble wrap then clear wrap all over. Possibly from warehouse storage and/or drastic temperature changes in shipping it was covered in a tremendous amount of white salt. Luckily, I own a few Himalayan salt lamps but was not prepared for the amount of salt and mess with this one. I carefully unwrapped it and laid it on tissue paper to catch the salt. Then plugged it in to see if it works or not. Success! The salt residue is still somewhat of an issue as I am hoping it will get to a point once it is settled in its new home that will stop. The salt seem to be covering the brown cord. I got a cotton white colored t-shirt and dampened it. Unplug the lamp and wipe it down and the cord carefully. Set it up where I placed a decorative plate under it to catch excess salt (don't want to ruin furniture when it sweats!) and turned it back on. It is a lovely lamp but not perfect. Planned to give it as a gift but decided to give the recipient a different lamp as I did not want to give someone a problem. :)I will update with pics in near future.Omg both me and my husband thought this was absolutely beautiful. It's bigger than I thought which is a plus. It is heavy and solid. The color of the lotus is like a blush/dusty rose beautiful! The carving of the lamp into the lotus is beyond amazing! I bought this for my mom's new boyfriend and her too. They both believe in the Buddhist way, so the Lotus shape was perfect. And all the added health benefits, perfect! I can't wait to purchase one for my family!This lamp is a beautiful addition to my room. It gives off a nice warm light that is great for relaxation if used as the only light on in the room. It is also a good weight and a good size (19 inches in circumference). The lamp appears well built and the salt crystal feels sturdy on the base. The crystal itself has a nice color. Would make a great gift.I love this lamp! I keep it plugged in 24/7 and I sleep so much better. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. When I went on vacation I had unplugged the lamp. Even though I plugged it in my first night back, I just didn't sleep as well the first night (nor while on vacation) as I did the second night I was home.Love the rock but the bulb burned out in day 2! When I took the bulb out the socket was crusted with junk. That's a fire waiting to happen.bulb blew out after two days use. When I pulled the cord/lighting mechanism to change the bulb, the entire interior (that holds the bulb and metal pieces that keeps the cord in place) was totally corroded. Obviously not new - VERY used condition. This type of corrosion does not happen after two days use nor does the bulb blow out after two days use. Very disappointed - was looking forward to using this but....it was not to be. Double check the internal light bulb mechanism if ordering this.It's gorgeous! I'm using this in my meditation space. The lighter half is directed where I need the most illumination. The darker glowing half faces me. It is well made and excellent quality.The product appears nice but is of poor quality. I received my first one and it stopped working within a week. I contacted the seller and was impressed with their quick response though. They shipped me out a new one but the second one died out within a few weeks. I think they are a faulty product and don't recommend purchasing.
