Ok let's start with the facts most of you are dying to know about. Will it fit sleeved cards? Yes. Will it fit all Expansions plus core set, sleeved? Yes. Is it Easy to Assemble? Yes. What tools do I need to put this together? You will need a rubber mallet. Do not attempt to pound this with a regular metal hammer or you will break the pieces. You will need a small bottle of Gorilla glue. Get the 4fl. Oz (118ml) size Gorilla WOOD glue. I repeat WOOD GLUE. Don't be using your little brother's school glue because it is not going to work. You will need the most important tool of all..."brain power". If you think you can sit and put this together in an hour, you will be horribly disappointed. You rush through the assembly and you will end up with a crate where pieces and parts will be crooked, and glue all over the crate. You have to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Read the part of the instructions titled "Assembly Tips and Tricks: There is a tip there that says "tight pieces can be sanded, or trimmed with a hobby knife for better fit". So....that means you will either use ultra fine sandpaper or a small fine metal file to fit the pieces. The pieces are tight and there is a reason for that- stability. If you have loose parts, even if you glue them, they will wobble and that's why Broken Token made the parts tight. Trim and sand carefully. Sand then fit, sand then fit, slowly. A few reviewers complained that pieces do not fit. This is what I am saying a few sentences up- you have to trim the parts . Part of the beauty of this product is the assembly part. You have to be patient and not rush through the assembly. The crate is not going anywhere so enjoy the moment of putting things together. There is a YouTube video from Broken Token showing how this is assembled. The video runs at x4 so you will be constantly pressing the rewind and pause button. Helpful but I stuck with the instructions instead. A special note: Before you glue the sections together, you must fit the parts first. Do not glue then fit. You first fit the parts, see if the parts and connections make sense, then glue. Each section of the crate has its own set of illustrations so study them. Do not remove the parts off the frames until you are ready to assemble a specific section. Take note of Tray Assembly B (part 4A) and Tray Assembly C (part 4C). These parts need to be oriented correctly. This is not indicated on the instructions or on the video. If you glue these parts without first checking the orientation, you will end up sanding and filing the other parts to make it fit on the parts stated above. You must fit the parts first. I repeat fit the parts first, understand how each section is assembled. When you see the parts fit, then start assembling and gluing. Wipe off excess glue. The small dividers for the Elder Signs mini cards will need to be trimmed/sanded to make it fit through the slots- (parts 2C/5E/10B-12B). So...sit down, play some movie or music because you will be spending two to three hours trimming and sanding these dividers. I enjoyed it.For the rubber mallet. You need a solid base or table in order to "hammer" the parts into their slots. Be careful not to do this on your partner's glass table or coffee table or you will end up being hit by the rubber mallet from your partner. Do it on a kitchen top. You do not have to swing the rubber mallet like Thor swinging his hammer. A gentle consistent tap should be enough to fit the pegs through their slots. Tap tap, check. Tap tap...then check.Overall, this organizer is fantastic. It took me three days to assemble it. I took my time. Everything fits when trimmed and sanded. Yes core set and expansions sleeved will fit. Get this product. Highly recommended!
